Recently remodeled, modern and clean room with spacious bathroom. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and made fresh daily on the property. The location is good, central and close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, I recommend this residence.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Naples. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. La ubicación es excelente. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. El departamento está en excelentes condiciones. El único inconveniente es el elevador, ya que es muy pequeño y muy lento, tiene capacidad únicamente para 2 personas o incluso sólo 1 con maletas.

The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The host was friendly and responded quickly whenever we had questions. The location was also great for exploring the surrounding area. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is not a hotel. I was really disappointed that this was not an actual hotel but instead was just a room for rent. If we didn't have whatsapp we would not have been able to communicate with the host. Room sheets were not clean, on either bed. The windows would not close all the way and as a result, misquotes were EVERYWHERE, eating us alive as we slept. I would not stay here again.

The rooms are very large, very modern and very clean. This was a high quality stay in Napoli. After some initial communications hiccups, ( I didn't get my welcoming messages until a couple hours before reaching the property. I was traveling by train and kept losing reception through the tunnels. I had to jump through a lot of hoops before I got the link to the check in process). Everything worked out perfectly. The staff was very attentive answering my concerns promptly. I would highly recommend this property if you are staying in Napoli.

What a pleasant surprise. This place/flat with 6 or 8 units was beautiful. It does look like the photos. Antonio was very helpful and welcoming. The daily breakfast was delicious & it was freshly prepared by Iman. The location was great near the main port, with a nice deli downstairs, Hop on and off bus stop across the street and galleria Umberto 7 blocks away. It’s 35 min away from airport. I took the taxi offered by the hotel and the nice driver was very kind to help me with my luggage to the 6th floor. The hotel is house in a historical building with beautifully wooden carved doors & old fashion elevator. I truly enjoyed my stay of 4 days in this unique and exclusive place!

The hotel was in a really good location, close to the Metro and small shops and restaurants. On arrival we were greeted by a member of staff who signed us in. We weren’t able to check in until 1 so had to leave our baggage. As there were no spare rooms or luggage stores our belongings were just left by the reception desk. They also didn’t have a bathroom or toilet that we could change in before heading out for the day. It was however, very clean and tidy. The rooms were huge, had air conditioning, a fridge (although we couldn’t make it work) a kettle etc. Staff were lovely, whenever we saw them, the cleaners etc. And breakfast was a small selection of continental and cooked eggs and sausages.

This was a nice place for the family to stay during a short trip to Naples. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was convenient and sufficient for us all. It was difficult for a taxi or Uber to find the address and to spot the location of the entrance from the street level. For transportation, using the name of a restaurant on that block would be easier. There was also construction in the area, so the entrance is a bit hidden. Staff gave great instructions on how to get there by message in the app about a hour before check in on the day of the trip. So, check your messages before your scheduled check in time.

We loved Naples Plaza so much that we decided to come back on our very last day in Naples — and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole experience made us feel at home. Coming back for a second stay and receiving the same amazing treatment confirmed that our first experience wasn’t just luck — this place truly knows how to make its guests feel special. Naples already holds such a special place in our hearts, and Naples Plaza became part of those beautiful memories. Ending our trip here felt like the perfect goodbye to a city we fell completely in love with. Thank you for welcoming us twice and for making both stays so memorable. We would come back without hesitation and absolutely recommend Naples Plaza to anyone visiting this incredible city. ❤️🇮🇹 Until next time, Napoli! You will always feel a little bit like home.

The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our room’s shower drain not draining fast enough. When we eventually informed them upon check out, they were very apologetic and thankful that we informed them. Overall, it was a great stay!
