"一入到酒店就要除鞋。。完全進入一個他他咪嘅世界。。一入到去就放啲鞋喺locker交鎖匙俾reception。。之後個程序每一次離開酒店就放低房鎖匙。。再攞返條鞋櫃鎖匙。。返嚟嘅時候俾返鞋櫃鎖匙再攞返房鎖匙。。我就試咗佢嘅日式晚餐。。真心都幾好食。。每日早餐自助餐，超級豐富。。而酒店裏面都有溫泉。。分別有五個私人溫泉同一個公眾溫泉。。夜晚仲有宵夜。。呢度服務好好。。下次再嚟京都我都會揀返呢間溫泉酒店"

"This place was awesome !! We stayed here for three nights and so far has been the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan so far. You have everything you need here. Kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer, even an ice machine !!! The sauna and the outdoors bath was great as well. There were some drinks in a fridge close to the sauna that were delicious. Their fridge in the kitchen was stocked up with drinks. That was a nice surprise."

"A short walk from Kyoto station, very convenient! The room was modern with an amazing view of temples in the city and mountains in the background. Walkable to plenty of food and shopping! Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was decent (get there early in the morning!)"

"We stayed 2 nights here and found the experience pleasent. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke english very well, communication was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, a short walk away from To-ji Temple and Umekoji park. Beds were comfortable, much more so than other hotels we stayed at. The room and bathroom were spacious. The only downside to the quiet neighborhood setting was it is a slightly longer walk to Kyoto station or restuarants and shops (Aeon mall is not far). Not a...

"Check in and out was a breeze. Room was spacious and clean. Location is very close to Kyoto station. Family Mart is one step away and 711 is also close by. There is Starbucks, McDonald's and Burger King very close to the hotel. Coin laundry is very useful but drying takes time. Would definitely stay here again. Aregatou gozaimasu! "
