"Can’t say enough nice things about this place! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We liked the candy at the front desk, and one of the staff arranged to have some ordered for us and delivered to our room! We took the Breakfast Tour with Ravi, which was super fun and tasty! "We had a great time at Kankarwa haveli. It is very well located, has a beautiful view on the lake to admire the sun set and the staff and service is very friendly. "A great find and conviently located. The gentleman on reception was great throughout my stay, very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a good size with lots of old period furnishings. Large comfy bed and a fan heater provided. AC worked well too though being the cooler months use of fan heater was needed. Large bathroom with good hot water shower. Located within walking distance to the Palace entrance gate and plenty of resturants nearby. Would definately recomend and stay here...

"Our family of four spent three nights at the Hotel Aashiya Haveli! We loved it there. The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue."
