"Great location close to market square and all round lovely place to stay"

"The Airport Shuttle from Prague airport was delayed by 30 mins. Had to call up the Hotel (had to make international calls) which was very frustrating. But the gentleman who picked us up was very apologetic and helpful."

We had an issue with the shower head that was loose and they fixed it inmediately. Location is great, in the middle of old city closed to all attractions. We would definetely stay here again!"

"the location and overall setting were nice, the service was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. After a full day out, we returned to find it exactly as we left it. We had to call the front desk and were only provided with a few clean towels. We were also told that if we had called later, no staff would have been available. This is below basic hotel standards.
