"Very convenient location, right in the middle of Old Town. Apartment is clean and quiet. Communication with host is fine. The apartment is accessed through codes. The code controller panel did not work one evening. But the issue was resolved within 15 mins. We stayed in the Cinderalla and there is enough space for two people with 1 large suitcase and 1 roller bag. Kitchen utensils are basic. Microwave and burner. No oven or toaster. Recommended. "

"This hotel is boutique, 9 rooms and a small, but well stocked free breakfast buffet. The staff goes truly out of their way to help you with all travel and sightseeing advice, even recommending against the providers that incentivize them if they feel there is a better and lower cost option. This property is really about location. Two blocks from the Charles Bridge, and 4 blocks from the old town square, we never had to walk more than a half mile for any attraction in Prague! Being right in...

"The location was fantastic- we could see the astronomical clock from our room and we stepped out into Old Town. At night if you like quiet ask for back rooms. The rooms were overly spacious with a very nice kitchen with washer/dryer. Only one staff person was personable, the rest….. only issue we had was the tub/shower - beautiful but for older people so unsafe. Approximately 2.5’ wall to step over and NO handrails. Water pressure puts USA to shame."

"This hotel was nice and the rooms were large. What we didn’t like was the automatic tipping. When we were checking in they added a suggested tip of 12.5% for the receptionist and other staff and said it was not mandatory but almost felt like they wanted to guilt you into tipping. Other then that food was great and I would stay here again."
