"Dit is een zakenhotel waar ik vaker ben geweest. Dit keer had ik een zogenaamde Zen-kamer. De kamers zijn rustig, hebben een groot comfort en zijn goed schoon. Internet heeft ook een prima snelheid. Opvallend is de snelheid waarmee het vriendelijke personeel je helpt. Echt niets op aan te merken. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft een enorm brede keuze. Veel meer dan het gemiddelde hotel. De prijs van dit hotel is ook allezins redelijk. Ik zal er graag weer terugkomen."

"Breakfast was a standout ā€” the kind that makes you consider skipping lunch entirely. Even the pancake syrup was the real deal, not that suspicious ā€œmaple-flavouredā€ imposter. I gave the gentleman a well-earned thumbs up, the universal sign for ā€œyouā€™ve made my morning.ā€ The place itself is massive too, so you feel like youā€™re dining in a small village rather than a hotel restaurant. Now, onto my minor adventure. In my room, there was an advertisement proudly showcasing some of the hotelā€™s culinary offerings. One of them? A steak on the 16th-floor club level. Naturally, I sprang into action. You donā€™t ignore a steak invitation like that. I arrived with purposeā€¦ only to find that the server had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. To her credit, she didnā€™t panic ā€” she called over her manager. Meanwhile, I did what any determined steak enthusiast would do: I marched back to my room, retrieved the advertisement like it was a piece of legal evidence, and returned to present my case. After a bit of investigation, they admitted there had been a mistake. But hereā€™s the important part ā€” they made it right. About 30 minutes later, I was happily enjoying a juicy steak. Justice (and dinner) was served. The server was new and clearly finding her footing, but she handled it as well as anyone could. Points for effort and persistence. The next evening, I briefly considered heading back up to the 16th floor to ask for another steak ā€” just for the laugh. Then I said - not going to work"
