"The hotel building was good but the staffs were unhelpful at all. Every time when we asked for help, the first response was “no or can’t do, because balabala….” They offered us whole fruits but couldn’t provide a knife for peeling or cutting. The worst part is in such a big hotel with internal restaurants, the staffs even couldn’t find someone to cut the fruits for us. That was bazaar.
