"Really nice place and good location. Walking distance to bar street and Jalan Alor food street. Amazing view to Menars and Petronas towers. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was also very nice. Wifi was quite slow, but met my needs. Breakfast was average and there is a small shop at ground floor. Check in /out was fast and I didn’t face any problems. "The facilities are nice but the check in process is a hassle. It was about 20 minutes to get my room! Like I messaged them beforehand and they never replied and it was a mess. They’re not prepared to receive you cause they had to go get the key and that alone took like 10 minutes. The elevators do take a while too. Bathroom had a weird smell too."
