"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

"The property was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful. Be aware, though, that upon arrival you will have to go through a 90 minute “presentation” where they basically try to sell you a time share. This was bothersome because we only stayed Monday through Friday. It was frustrating to give up that much time for a service we weren’t interested in.
