Overall was just ok. Worth with what you paid. One thing I love is the hotel provided iron and water dispenser at every level. Cons: breakfast served at reception counter/ main entrance. I think not suitable. No lift too.

Clean, comfortable hotel close to Hospital

This is a basic but clean and comfortable hotel, close to the Hospital Tuanku Ja'afar Seramban. The website indicates that a free breakfast is available. However, it is available from about 0800,and consists of bread for toasting, spreads, dry biscuits and tea / coffee. Eating places are not nearby. Parking is available but is public parking in the street outside - free overnight but from 0800 you need to purchase a parking coupon. Reception has books of coupons for sale.

Beds are comfortable. But we were given a queen size and single bed instead of three single beds for our stay. Unpleasant odour before entering the room and in the bathroom. The term continental breakfast is slightly misleading as the hotel only served toast, coffee and tea. Pricing is affordable for a night’s stay especially since it was a Chinese New Year eve.

The room was okay but it was not cleaned well. Tv remote not functioning. Wireless signal too weak to even connect to whatsapp. Bad customer service - receptionist wore earphone while attending customer, no proper explanation on the hotel services such as iron and breakfast area.

I request non-smoking room and higher floor room, but at the end they gave Ground floor room and the room full of smoking smell. Terrible! The staff and some Indian guy drinks and talk loudly outside lobby and hotel from around 11pm until 6am, talk loudly and laugh so loud until I cannot sleep for whole night. It's really a nightmare! Terrible and I won't stay at this hotel anymore!

Good facility, but many limitations

Very clean, good room, good linens, excellent shower. Weak Wifi. Street noise can be distracting. No restaurant within walking distance, not an interesting part of town unless you need a hospital. Breakfast is from 8 to 9:30 and is bread only. No elevator, no porter. Very unpleasant receptionist/manager (Selbi), considers phone calls and her lunch delivery more important than dealing with guests. Time consuming check-in. She and the Tourist Tax issue were the reasons we did not stay longer and moved to a much better hotel in Seremban center. The Malaysian Government instituted a RM 10 Tourist Tax per room per night for foreigners only. This went into effect on September 1, 2017. To date only a few thousand hotels registered with the government to collect this tourist tax and to pass it on to government. To collect this tax, the hotel will have to post the proper permit on the counter, NOT their own statement. If they are not registered with the government, they are NOT authorized to collect the Tourist Tax. At this particular hotel we encountered this problem, and when we refused to pay the RM 10 because they could not provide the registration, they did not insist any more for us to pay !!

1. Guest registration was taking more than 20 minutes. 2. Stated as free parking but limited to space beside hotel. Park in front hotel subject to payment. 3. Ground floor rooms facing road will be very noisy. You wouldn't know until 7am the following morning. 4. Those need more comfortable stay better to find another hotel. 5. The stated breakfast is a very very simple meal. Some more the time is limited between 7 - 9am.
