"I had the pleasure of staying at Quebecs for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The Kitson Suite was absolutely stunning—beautifully furnished, spacious, and featuring a charming spiral staircase. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, style and excellent service."

"For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. "Great location for centre of Leeds, near to railway stn . Comfy bed. Needs some Tlc in some areas. Room carpets seem like they are wearing thin. Breakfast was ok. Some seating in breakfast area was in need of repair. "

"The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not.
