The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. "Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. "

"Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. "
