"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"Staff, amenities, cleanliness, location. The accommodation surpassed our expectations. The whole apartment was extremely clean and had everything that could possibly be needed, including an iron and ironing board. We didn’t cook any meals during our stay, but everything was provided, had we wanted to do so. The apartment is in a fabulous location, just off the main street which runs through the city centre, but tucked away and very quiet. Another outstanding feature is the staff managing this Ferrini Home. From the contact beforehand arranging check-in, the key handover, introduction to the accommodation and local area, advice on taxis, luggage holding, the list goes on, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, kind and considerate. "

"Rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse with a wide choice of foods and plenty of tables. THe front desk was very helpful in arranging my airport transfer and getting my account straightened out. Beautiful hotel with beautiful seervice and excellent staff."

"Nice modern room with a trendy shower room and small kitchen area with dining table and chairs. Very clean. Walkable to metro and shops/dining options within 10-15 minutes. Didn’t receive the advertised bottle of sparkling wine in room but there was water and a basket of snacks which the kids liked."
