"This is a bed and breakfast, but the owner does not live on site. The hotel is on the 5th floor of residential building with a gate - so you won't know you're there until the owner meets you (no signs etc). Google maps will tell you you're there. If you see a gated building and Google says you're there, it is probably correct. If you're coming from the airport or train, take the Alibus to Viale bus stop and you'll be about 2 minute walk from the hotel - If you're coming from train ask someone...

"Was a great property and the staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Two things to note. There are three flights of stairs to climb and get luggage up. Also, be sure to check your hot water as the heater might be off. Once they turn it on, you will have plenty. We highly recommend and would stay here again."

The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."
