"The area around the property seems sketchy but we had no issues walking at all hours to Via Entrea -a more vibrant pedestrian friendly area of shops and restaurants. There is no front desk at the property so the check-in process must be done virtually. The entrance to the building is very run down and daunting, but after following the multi-faceted instructions, rest assured that you will enter safe, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The kitchen/dining area was on our floor. You may help yourself to the snacks and drinks in the fully equipped kitchen. Mima gratuitously assisted us with morning coffee etc. As they had no guests checking in on our date of departure, we were able to stay in our two rooms for 3 hours past the check-out time with no surcharge. Thank you to Alfiio and Mima for all your support."

"I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived very late in the morning, but they still allowed me to check in without any issues, which I really appreciated after a long journey. There are plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient to pick up essentials or explore the area. The staff also provided useful maps and guidance about nearby places, which made getting around much easier. Overall, a pleasant stay with supportive staff and a convenient location."

"Fantastic location right in the middle of all the action, with shops, restaurants, and sights just steps away. The staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. I especially loved the beautiful rooftop patio, it was such a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The cute little breakfast in the morning was a lovely touch and made for a very peaceful start to the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would happily return!"
