"We are unhappy with the expedia policy of not listing handicap accessibility for the rooms. We were unable to obtain handicapped accessable room that included shower and grab bars. The hotel told use that because we booked thru 3rd party (expedia) they couldn't accomodate our needs. Very unhappy with expedia."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed in at tri cities so far. Room was clean, bed was cozy, and the jetted tub in the room was so nice and relaxing."

"The beds are very firm. Not so nice if you you like a softer mattress. The room was adequate and stocked. The most surprising thing for a hotel with rooms at $200+ was the disrepair and lack of maintenance. There were large cracks in the walls, patches of different carpet on the floor, bleached/faded spots in the carpet by the elevator. Right outside that area, the carpet was loose with large wrinkles. Be careful where you walk! 😥 I didn't read any of those in reviews prior to my stay."

"If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong."

"Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The...
