"I have gone here before and it was not a bad hotel. This time around it seemed to have really worsened. Microwave and fridge was broken. Food was bad. Either really close to expiration or sour tasting. Jacuzzi was broken too. "

"Made reservations on Expedia only to be informed upon check in of a “service fee” or “amenities fee” that had to be paid in addition. When I called and asked about the fee the man at the desk was rude and told me if I had an issue with it, take it up with Expedia. "

"Room was nicely decorated with good linens however not real functional ie only one bedside table, no side tables for the sofa and the AC was questionable. Breakfast was moderately good. "

"The room and service was outstanding! The food options were really great and room service dining hit all the marks! We should’ve looked closer at the pool as it is not an indoor pool. It is half outdoor and unheated so the kids were a little disappointed in that area but other than that, I highly recommend staying again"
