"Charming hotel, friendly staff, cute room with everything we needed. Bathroom is updated, clean, and well-stocked. Roof garden is a nice touch -- great views. Location is perfect for attending an event at Climate Pledge, and there are some good places to eat within easy walking distance."

"The only thing I didn’t like was the check in coz we arrived early around 11:30am so we left our luggage & requested for our rooms to be close to each other. However when we came back to check in one room is still dirty & this is around 6:40-7 pm. The front desk staff said their short staff do we have yo wait. The check in time is supposed yo be 4:00 pm. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only.
