"The beach was amazing. Restaurants around the hotel were wonderful. Only problem is the pool chairs get taken by people putting towels on the chairs and not showing up for hours to use them so it is difficult to get a chair by the pool with shade. This should be stopped by the hotel. "

"Staff at the pool, restaurants, and bar worked tirelessly to make your vacation memorable. The cleaning staff always had a fresh supply of towels and linens too. At first I was skeptical about staying at an all inclusive resort but was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities and activities Barcelo offered. The Italian, Seafood, Hibachi and Buffet restaurants had a huge variety of entrees to choose from. And, all the entrees were excellent and the presentation was first class. I’d recommend staying at the Aruba Bacelo"

"This resort is beautiful! It was very clean ans the staff were beyond pleasant and helpful when asked for assistance. The beach is gorgeous. There were plenty of seating at the beach and at the pools throughout the day at all times. We ordered room service before an early am excursion and it was delivered fast, andnit was good. Walking distance to a few more restaurants and a huge shopping plaza with a lot of other restaurants and shopping kiosks. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend"

"A fantastic place to stay! It is located in a nice area, well furnished, and has ample kitchen supplies. No oven but really nice bbq's. The master bedroom doors opened up to the best saltwater pool ever! Very nice staff. Desere lives across the street and provided an early check-in knowing our other rental had an early check out. l would highly recommend the Canucu Residece. "

"Communication just needs to be more forthcoming in preparation, but everything else was AMAZING! I would stay here again for sure. It was clean, very welcoming, well-thought out. The only thing I would change about the aesthetic is the shelving at the top of the stairs. Americans are bigger and clumsier than average and it's a little bit of a hazard if bumping into. Supplies were amazing! The kitchen had every dish we would need for cooking anything. The applicances were in great condition. The provide chairs and a cooler for the beach, which was a wonderful surprise! They should tell you that in their description. If they gave you noodles and an umbrella, it would be the whole package. We almost got those things for them, but didn't think of it until the last day when we ran out of time. We had enough supplies, towels, and blankets, all were very clean and of good quality. We felt extremely comfortable and happy in this home. The couch was also so very comfy. Thank you for providing us with such a thoughtful place to stay!"

"I couldn’t expect or ask for anything more of this place. Aruba is truly a Happy Island, filled with happy people. The property exceeded my expectations. The private chef service was a delight. The food was delicious and made with love. The flavors and attention to detail of what I requested for my family was executed. The taxi service was top notch. Most importantly we felt safe. Any and every question, miscellaneous or not was answered promptly. I am forever grateful and thankful for the hospitality shown to us."
