"We absolutely loved this property. Myself, my husband and 7 year old stayed in #4 for 9 days and it was lovely. The suite was well equipped, the air conditioning worked great, and the bathroom was beautiful with a walk in shower, good water pressure and nice and hot. The bedroom was tastefully decorated, actually the whole property is, whoever decorated is my soul mate decor wise, I love the bohemian theme. "The property was very well maintained. The room was a little stuffy when we arrived but the odor went away shortly after. Carlos and the cleaning ladies were awesome, very helpful and always available. The room was all we needed, microwave, small fridge, smart tv , coffee maker and free WiFi. Private pool and plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. Great location, short walk to the beach."

"Room was good,staff not very responsive,not being informed before they give you an answer. One of the bedrooms was locked and i had to call them come and unlock it because i had paid for. Pool area was good,staff at the bar next to pool were ok with few exception,there was a happy hour time-i ordered a dring few time around 20 min before the happy hour ended and thay charged me as i had ordered out of that time because they did not deliver the order within the time frame so by the time.i...

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They were especially helpful getting us taxis to and from locations. They were extremely helpful with getting a day trip scheduled for us to go on an island tour. The cleaning crew was awesome, daily service was great after coming back from a long day at one of the many beaches. The only negative was the side we were facing had loud music playing each night."

"The breakfast was made to order but don’t order anything extra or you will be charged. The hot tub was not hot but it did bubble. After 3 days the room was not tidied up. We had to ask for fresh towels but the linen was not changed. The employees had nice personalities but the service did not match."
