It was cute, nice individual pool for each suite. The AC was very loud and the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The location was not great. Good value for money. Coffee was good.

Room had knifes, forks, spoons, coffee, toaster, pots, pans, bowls, blow dryer, soap, towels, pool but no privacy. Other will walk right by your room Room DID NOT HAVE A SAFE, broken beach umbrella, no beach chairs, no cooler. This was 9 mins from airport. And the beach access is across the road, yes there’s dogs on the property but they are harmless and I would like to think they waited for me when I got home. Overall I improvised. And if your a low maintenance then you’ll have a great time. Be sure to cook your own breakfast, hit the beach with snacks and drinks and make dinner reservations after the sunsets.

We made a literal last second reservation and found ourselves in a perfect situation for a flight the next am. Super, super place to stay, and given the size of the island doesn't really matter that there is a bit of a 5 minute loop around the airport to get there. Great local food walkable, cool Yacht Club and if you like airplanes... lots to see and hear above. The airport closes around sunset so we were comotose without interruption very early. Thank you!

It was very peaceful and relaxing..,Enjoyed the dogs that were around. Short walk to the very enjoyable fish restaurant at the marina across the way. The cocktails were great and the food good and reasonable… would definitely stay there again:)

We liked how clean it was and that we had a private pool. It was quiet even though we had people staying on either side. Kitchen had the basics needed to manage coffee and lunches Was hard leaving the dogs.. they are well cared for and very well behaved.. Definitely need a car. Although walking down to fish house was really good. Next time we would stay in an upper level suite to get a better view of the sunsets. We were sad having to leave.

I read the reviews of other people staying here and booked it for a week. The moment I checked in, i didn’t want to be there. The place smelled of sewer as soon as you entered and inside it was dirty and just absolutely atrocious.the bathroom was dirty and the sliding door didn’t stay closed. Dogs running around everywhere and barking at all hours, bugs and flies everywhere in our room. I would definitely not stay here again. if I ever come back to Aruba, I will definitely spend a little more and book at a bigger resort to get more cleanliness and better amenities and be much closer to the beach. Although the owners/management were quick to respond if we had questions. I would highly recommend finding a place to stay in Palm Beach. Best area for beaches, restaurants, shopping and just strolling the streets. There is also no private beach.

The owner, Angelique, was wonderful ensuring we had everything we needed as well as recommending local sights to see, places to see and local restaurants. This property was away from the crowded tourist areas which we loved!! You do need to rent a car to get around the island. This is what we wanted to do. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning having our coffee and enjoying the ocean view !! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aruba. Id love to go back!!

Truly a hidden gem worth finding!

Wow! Was little nervous heading to our stay heading past island dump and being located behind the airport. Closer we got that disappeared and when we opened the door and walked in first impression was amazing and went up as we checked place out! Clean very clean! Fully furnished apartment, Tranquility had us surrounded, truly off the beaten path, amazing restaurant within walking distance. Not much car traffic, boat dock with little hidden cove for swimming was nice. Even snorkeled little bit. Enjoyed our evening watching sunset with the local 4 legged hospitality club. Reluctant to give a 10 star review due to wanting to keep this gem hidden due to being selfish, they are truly worth the stay! Definitely would stay again and planning on it

A Treasure in Aruba

My husband and I love condo/apartments/cottages, hotels are just not homey enough. This place is a treasure. Clean, full kitchen with a pool. Across the street is a small beach area with a deck. It is off the beaten path, with the airport behind you. Which, by the way, you don't hear. We had a few questions and we contacted Angelique who was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place if you just want to relax.

I wish I could give this 20 stars. I can't say enough good things about Vistalmar. The apartments look brand new, super quiet. We had no idea they were fully booked until we saw the cars outside. The hotel cat and dog are the sweetest. We looked forward to seeing them daily. The property is GORGEOUS. I did not want to leave. I guarantee I'll be staying here again if we decide to come back to Aruba. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
