"Swiss paradise is a perfect place to vacation. A rental car is a must. The place is very clean and features a full kitchen, large fridge, extreme comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The large screen TV in the bedroom section is nice. The bathroom was spotless, so was the bed. I slept 8 hours the first night. There is a tiny pool just outside the unit and a larger pool at the main area. It’s the little things that are well thought out that makes this place special such as a reading light right over the bed, convenient usb-a and usb-c chargers on both sides of the bed. Two a/c units keeps the place at a perfect 21 degrees Celsius. I have only three suggestions: the a/c controller in the bedroom didn’t work but luckily the one from the kitchen worked for bedroom and kitchen to adjust the temperature, there were no coffee capsules available for the coffee machine (even budget hotels offer coffee in the morning and the hosts suggestions where to buy the coffee capsules you want is simply not acceptable) and last the entrance to the apartment is through a sliding balcony door that locks with a rather unusual mechanism which is a challenge to master. Despite these suggestions the place is truly wonderful and I would totally stay there again. High marks for cleanliness, convenience and staff friendliness and helpfulness."

"AMAZING, INCREDIBLE truly wonderful place. Everything and everyone was great. Special thank you to Yolunda supervisor of housekeeping who dealt with one issue we had with such grace. Thank you to Jadee and Raoul who made our days at the pool/beach wonderful. But most of all thank you to Enrique, Kiara and Rafael, casino staff who helped me when I had a bad episode of very low blood pressure and almost passed out. They jumped right into action and kept me comfortable and took loving care of me and my husband. True angels. This was our first visit to Aruba, but it most definitely will not be our last. We can see why so many people go back again and again. Next year, we will bring out family. Also the restaurants are Amazing with incredible staff. I give this hotel 10!!!! Also, across the street from the Hyatt is a nice marketplace! "

"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly we shouldn’t have needed to have commented at all considering the level of service to be expected from The Ritz)."

"The apartment we stayed in was so clean and had even more than what we expected. The kids had many beach toys to use such as boards, floaties, noodles, sand toys, etc. They had coolers that we were able to fill and bring to the beach to keep our food and drinks cold. Parking was amazing right in front of our place. The communication with the staff to get fresh towels, coffee, shampoo etc was top notch. Every request was met in a timely matter. We were even given laundry detergent and dish washing tablets. We were so impressed with our stay in the month of May that we are booking another trip for September. "Our family would definitely stay at Diamante 15 again. The townhouse was clean and cool. We prepared many of our meals at home. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked and we appreciated the BBQ. When there were minor issues, the Casiola staff was quick to respond."
