"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "

"The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. The only real issue I had was the listed address is completely wrong so it took some detective work to figure out exactly where the property was located, which was a pain as it required us to turn around on the...

"The property is a little smaller than what is pictured but the outside area is the exact same. The bedroom downstairs is pretty small and so is the kitchen area. There are 3 homes on the property so you will have a neighbor. However this property has good shops and restaurants within walking distance. The ferry is also a 5 minute walk from the property so its easy to get around lake como. The property is great for content. "

"We have just finished the most wonderful stay here. From the communications we received as soon as we booked, to the fantastic Apartment and the help we received when we asked. "Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. "
