"Nice small hotel 750m from JR Kyoto. Room was Hollywood Twin . Big enough for lower than avg price for Kyoto hotel. Clean, daily servicing if wanted, Free coffee, tea, ice drinks as much as like. Great friendly front desk staff, who mostly spoke English. Across road from 7/11 and many restaurants in area - wagu beef, Thai, Nepali, Japanese and vegeterian. Close to bus routes and subway across the bridge."

"I had such a great stay here! The room and bathroom were super clean, and the water pressure was amazing. They provided really nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that smelled so good. The comforter was soft, fluffy, and super cozy — perfect after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better — I could easily walk to Yasaka Pagoda, Gion District, Nishiki Market, and several temples. There are lots of restaurants nearby, plus convenience stores like Lawson, 7-Eleven, and Family...

"Located near Kyoto station but a bit off the path so it's quiet but still located conveniently to transportation, food and other activities. It was clean and had all the normal amenities one would expect. Staff was helpful and was able to help me in English. Happy hour was a nice touch too!"
