"I took my mother out for a night at Ardo and dinner at Terasu restaurant as a treat for her 84th Birthday. We booked a room with two separate beds. It even said on the confirmation email two beds. When we booked in at reception the room only had one bed and they said they had no record of the request for 2. Even though it stated 2 on the confirmation. They sent someone up to rectify this. "The room was great! Clean, lovely! Could have smelt better? A little musky in the room. The walk way to the room noticeably has poo from what I guess is the possums. I saw them at night. For hygiene wise i'd recommend the hotel to give the walk ways a clean. Pool is amazing. Staff is lovely. Breakfast was good variety, but not entirely value for $39. Car park to the room is abit of a distance, could have use some help but it did not seem to have anyone to help when I checked in. So i did two...

"Beds were comfortable, house keeping did empty trash and give new towels daily (a real plus), staff at front desk were nice, rooms have been up graded but bathrooms still need some work. There was still construction when were stayed but it was not loud."

"We had 3 nights here, from check in to departing the whole experience was first class. A warm welcome, a spotless apartment beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. Secure underground parking. Love to return one day. Would highly recommend."
