"Room was great, hotel nice, clean. Balcony nice. We needed a rollaway bed and the guy who brought it was awesome. He asked if we needed a fridge too because they only had a beverage cooler in room and we stayed multiple nights. Very nice. I wish they had more food specials in their restaurants as I didn’t need a large meal all the time. "

"The staff was great. From the front desk to the bar, very inviting and pleasant. The room was very nice. The bathroom was a bit odd. The shower has a piece of glass that cover one third of the opening so water goes everywhere. Strange design. You are close to the airport and the building is all concrete and tile so just prepare for the noise. We forgot our fan for ambient noise and it was rough. "

"For the price, the room was as expected. The staff were helpful and able to provide amenities such as toothpaste and shaving kit. The parking is fairly priced but the initial check in system is a little convoluted. All said, this is one of the nicest Crowne Plazas I have been to recently. The place feels new and well maintained. I had a very restful night after dealing with flight cancellations."
