"Great location if you are spending a couple of days in the Kingston area. Charming house and decor. I loved that they deliver warm coffee and muffins in the morning. The room was decorated nicely and they even provided a record player with records."

"Valerie and Eric were great hosts, very warm, inviting and knowledgeable about the area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. Check in/check out was easy. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. Not all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, but if your room doesn’t have one, a private bathroom is reserved for your use only that is steps away. And the breakfasts were great!"

Best common kitchen ever, with Nespresso Vertio machines, fresh bagels, etc., a range of breakfast foods (incl. h/b eggs, Yoghurts, overnight oats), all manner of beverages, etc. Pluas jams, butter, cream cheese, etc. Excellent!"
