"The area was perfect. The place was very clean. The only hang up is the beds were extremely small. They advertise the couch as a pull out couch. It was not. Not only that you could not sleep on it, it was very uncomfortable to sit on it. Other than that, it was a well kept place. 20 minutes to Harlem (Manhattan). 35 minutes to 34 street )without traffics of course). "

"Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "

The laundry machine, dish washer, garbage can, and inside of every single cabinet and closet were absolutely filthy. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and there was damage on the ceiling from a water leak that looked molded and disgusting.
