"The hotel was a perfect location in Sol and we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see in Madrid from there. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean. It was great value for money and we loved that we chose a room with a balcony. There isn’t much of a view from the balcony but it was nice to have. We also visited the rooftop terrace on one of our evenings and it had a lovely vibe up there"

"This hotel was great. It is ideally located; just the right distance to key tourist sights, and with just the right amount of buzz and serenity. The smaller room was still just right for a couple, the desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was efficient and to a high standard. The place has a lot of charm, including a rooftop for drinks and escaping the heat. Easy access to everything without compromising privacy and a calm stay."

"Doubletree Hilton Prado is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. Location is safe and walking distance to all. It was 100°F when I was a Madrid and the air conditioning is nice and cold. Bed is comfortable, bathroom spotless."

All the staff, from the front desk, servers, house keepers and bartenders (Fabio) were amazing: excellent costumer service. The hotel is in a prime location, was able to walk everywhere.
