"This is a old hotel which has a good alpine feeling but also show sign of a lot of usage ( in our bathroom one sliden door was broken and a broken tile). Is is nicely located next door to train station, so if you want to avoid carrying you luggage to hotel in Zermatt this hotel is s nice option. Good parking option if you arrive with car. The breakfast selection is basic."

Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. "Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel extra special! The room was comfortable, although there was no kettle or fridge provided. However, there is a kettle available in the lobby that guests can use at any time, day or night, which was useful. Breakfast was lovely, with a nice selection of food and drinks to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from the breakfast area, which was a lovely way to start the day. There isn't a huge amount to see or do in Täsch itself, but the hotel is an excellent base for anyone planning to explore Zermatt, thanks to its convenient location and nearby transport links. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the thoughtful anniversary surprise. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're planning a trip to Zermatt!"

"4 min walk from train station. Make a right out of train station. Second side street after McDonalds. Not located on main street. Breakfast, check in and out out of Hotel simi which is at the end of the same street on right side, 10 sec walk. Excellent stay. Matterhorn was white out and has free bus to hotel. About 30 min if you walk. But we did train Gornegrat. Leaves from train station. Dont miss the zoom and virtual paragliding up there. Trains every 20 min."
