From the concierge desk, to the reception staff to the spa/pool desk attendant, to the restaurant servers and management to the shuttle service, we received truly excellent care and attention. The property was nice. I was very disappointed in my check in. I reserved and paid for 3 rooms. I was traveling with a group of 6 ladies. I had to check us all in as I had reserved and paid for the rooms. The other rooms were available on arrive and on the 5th floor with a lovely view of the mountains. My room wasn't available for a couple of hours and I was put in a room on the second floor overlooking the roof of the property. I was never asked if I wanted one of the nicer rooms. I'm glad my traveling friends got a super nice room but was very disappointed in my room. Bathroom was half the size of the others as well. I asked to be moved to the same floor the others were on but was told it would be an additional $1000 swiss francs. They knew we were traveling together. I thought this could have been handled better. The receptionist was a very sweet person and the manager, who I asked to speak with was also professional and nice. I was just disappointed they didn't make accomodations for my request.
