WIFI did not work during my whole stay, when I called them to fix it they said they would come by to fix, but did not and when I followed up, they did not answer. Key fob to get into the building did not work and when i tried the code they provided, no one answered. So I had to try calling them a few times before they let me in the building. The fridge had a really funky smell. Thankfully, I stayed for work so it was only for 2 nights and I didn’t pay out...

"My stay at Fort York Suites was extremely disappointing. I traveled to Toronto with a friend for a music festival, and while the location was excellent—within walking distance of the venue, the CN Tower, and Liberty Village—that was the only positive aspect of the experience. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. There is no front desk or on-site staff, and international travelers must complete several pre-check-in requirements that were never clearly communicated during booking....

"They really need to have a devoted person for check in process they have in place . after repeated attempts but 24 hours of no communication I arrived on our flight with my family full of anxiety and by chance some finally answered my call!! The location is awesome for sure but the buildings has only 2 working elevators that we waited on daily finally took 32 flights of stairs"
