"Room was dirty upon arrival. The beds were uncomftable. Couldnr gwt internet at all even though they say they have it. Could be better"

"Cockroach in bathroom in the middle of the night. Awful smell from the bathroom drain that we ended up putting small towels over it to stop the smell. Mould spores and mould on curtains in lounge room. They put us in a room directly across from the golf club and restaurant. From 4.30am very loud noises and people congregating behind my bedroom window talking loudly. Told reception who couldn’t care less and that’s it’s a golf resort so what do you expect. Still they are happy to take your $400...

"This hotel is well located next to Mingara Recreational Club where you have a number of restaurants and Bars to enjoy a succulent Chinese meal. Excellent attention to detail from the team at checkin."

"I was sadly here to bring my father home from Australia, after he became terminally ill. The staff were so lovely and brilliant. It was easy to get to the hospital and the staff helped me print of the insuramce forms. I will be forever grateful to them."

Room was ok little bit dated but clean Problem we found was could clearly hear talking laughing from next door Later in evening could hear man snoring We were exhausted from 9 hr drive so slept well bed was comfortable but was woken up people again talking laughing 3 am. They were leaving early Must be very poor soundproofing We did eat in there restaurant thia food was excellent highly recommend. Hope this helps other people room 111 ground...
