"This was our second time staying at this particular location, but our 10th APA. They've changed to an automated system from the last time we stayed and it was a bit tedious having to do the same process at each Apa location. The rooms are small (as most business hotels are) and the price is more than I would have liked to pay but at the end of the day its a good clean hotel in a convenient location."

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"The room was comfortable and perfect for families. We each were able to have our own bed so our kids didn't wake us up by kicking or sleeping sideways. :) We love the washer and dryer in the room as it was so convenient! The location was perfect and close to the train station. We will defintely stay here again!"

"Property is amazing and super clear with friendly staff. Everything was spotless. The only negative is not related to the hotel but rather the VIP benefits Expedia gave me. The benefit was free parking which is a ridiculous benefit to give someone visiting Tokyo from the US. Nobody ever rent cars in Tokyo so that wasn’t really a serious benefit "

"location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after"
