Hotels near Tokusho Park

"A business hotel about 5 mins away from one of the Yokohama Station exits. Interestingly you enter and take the elevator up to the lobby. We got a three twin bed room for a family of four, including two children ages 7 and 5. Even being a typical Japanese business room we felt it was a nice size. The bathroom area is separate and includes a traditional Japanese bath of a sit down wash and tub combo and toilet being in a separate room. Nice amenities including tea, coffee, and hygiene items. There were washing machines in case you need to do them with statuses you can check from the TV. A discounted breakfast brunch at the restaurant next door, including a cheaper rate for children was nice. And lots of options to eat in the area and shop too being close to a major train station. All in all, a great place that I would recommend if you want to stay near the station. "

"We stayed for 5 nights as our first stop in Japan and it was a great way to start our holiday. The hotel is located on the top 3 floors of the Rakuten building so when you enter you take the elevator to the 30th floor for reception. The hotel location is extremely convenient - 5 minutes from the train station and a giant shopping centre (with the most incredible gourmet food on the basement floor). The hotel itself was impeccably clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English so communication was easy or we just used Google Translate to communicate our requests. The hotel also has a complimentary public bath with segregated rooms for men and women. The baths were nicely designed and very clean, definitely recommend taking advantage of this feature of the hotel. Our favourite part was definitely the view from our room. A few additional details: - there was a kettle and cups in the room but no tea or coffee, however this did not affect our comfort at all as there are so many convenience stores around if you want a drink either early in the morning or late at night - the room comes with 2 pillows only. We asked reception for extra pillows and an extra blanket and they promptly brought them down - no iron in the room but we asked reception and they brought us an iron and ironing board - there is a currency exchange machine at reception as well. The exchange rate is better than you would get at the airport."

"Love this hotel!!! Excellent customer service. Free water every day. Free coffee and tea, daily toiletries if you forget to bring yours. Great location only 8-10mins walk to Yokohama station. Lots if restaurants nearby. 7/11 store round the corner. It is quiet area away from hustle and bustle. Highly recommend."

"The apartment was immaculately clean, and had all the facilities needed for a 5 day stay. The transport links are great - 20 mins to Gotanda and from there easy access to Shibuya, Harajuku etc, and 10 mins to Kamata and from there onto Tokyo centre or Yokohama. Local grocery shops on the quiet street. For those who read the reviews and worry about checking in, it’s really not difficult. First you’ll need to digitally upload a photo to the website when you book - you’ll get a link to do this. You’ll be emailed the front door pin and your room pin a day or so before staying. At the property itself you just take selfies and fill in your details. The lobby door is open all the time. I suspect those who had difficulty perhaps did not check their emails but it really is not hard!"
