It was a easy 10 minute walk from train station but not much signage to help you find it , All employees were every kind of helpful. Only issue was with a barking dog right outside my window and never got the ac or fan to blow to help since the window was closed to help with dog noise issue. Reception was very very helpful and eager to assist. Breakfast was also above average.

Overall a really nice stay i enjoyed it. The room was nice and spacious ans breakfast was lovely! My only criticism is the bathroom light was being a bit tempremental and woukd stay on, dim, i couldnt switch it off but fortunately shutting the door was a short term solution. The other minor issue was the rainfall shower head whilst lovely to use visually wasnt great it had lots of limescale on it.

Wonderful hotel 5 minutes from station
Very surprised at how lovely this hotel was for the price. 5 minute walk from the station. Friendly helpful staff. Robe and slippers, clean and comfortable. Slept great! Lovely breakfast for 5 euros! Lots of places to eat nearby Would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Perfect stay right in downtown Tirano. 10 minute walk from train station. Beautiful town. Architecture and natural beauty all around. Town also very clean. No trash anywhere.

The evening receptionist was very professional and accommodating. My needs were addressed quickly and efficiently. The hotel is owned by the same company that owns the Bernina Hotel, although the Centrale seems more updated. I was pressed for time so I skipped breakfast at Centrale. That is unfortunate because I passed by the dining area on the way out and the aroma was definitely an enabler. The bedding was nice. Just a good solid hotel with an excellent staff.

We stayed for one night during our train trip. The room was large and there were views of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bath with a shower which unfortunately was a little difficult for my mother to use. The breakfast choice was good and the food was tasty. The staff were polite and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here.

We usually pay a lot more for a hotel so it is not easy to be really fair. As far as I can tell this is at least one of or the best hotel in Tirano. The room was functional but needed a little attention. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the old town is good but you may need to walk 600-700 m over cobbled streets from the train station as taxis are not always available. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast is served but there is a sister hotel by the train station that has a very good restaurant.

A little further from the train station than others, but in the heart of the old town. Having come from Switzerland, prices, service and quality were excellent value. Nice shampoo and rainshowwr in a large bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Nice breakfast with boiled and scrambled eggs, meat/cheese, pastries, toaster, cereals and yogurt. Only one English tv channel for stock/business news, but lots of European sport channels.

Overall excellent. Easy walk maybe seven or eight minutes through a cute little town. Lot of little shops, walk over a little bridge and river. Little hard to find, ask someone as you get close. Across from a beautiful old church. Small nice room with everything you need.
