"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready.
The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room).
When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions.

"The hotel itself is great. Perfect location, good security so there are no random walk ins from the very crowded time square, the decor was fun and varied, bathrooms small but functional and had everything needed & everything was clean.
