"Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience."

"The property was very nice and accommodating. Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once you’re up there, though, it’s very comfortable. And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! They offer free water and there is coffee available as well."

The room I had was definitely on the smaller side, so it’s not the kind of hotel where you’d lounge around for long stretches—but it was spotless and well kept. What really stood out was the friendly staff and the unbeatable location. Being right in Old San Juan meant I could walk everywhere—restaurants, bars, nightlife, and sightseeing were all just steps away. I loved being able to go out, enjoy myself, and then safely walk right back to the hotel without any hassle. If you’re coming to Puerto Rico to explore, eat, drink, and socialize, this hotel is perfect as a convenient and comfortable base."
