"The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. One employee even came up to your room, verified everything we found, said she’ll be right back, and to our surprise...

"Son had a continental breakfast at the Rumbao Market. He said it was good but wished that there were more ethnic food offerings & coffee as well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were here for our son’s wedding. Staff was excellent and very attentive and accommodating. We would stay again!"

Rachel, Andrea, Alejandro, and so many more on the staff team made the experience seamlessly luxurious. With a late flight, we’re even able to go to their sister property while we wait. 10/10"

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly had a ball and created unforgettable memories. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!"

"Location is 10 minutes from Old San Juan. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower head was not functioning properly. Whenever I would leave the hotel to come back, you need to ring the door bell. One night they left me outside for 10 min. If having this kind of security is necessary they need to to provide guest w a pin to be able to walk in or out of the property without having to wait for someone to unlock the door id safety is a concern"

"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. The linen had stains on them and the washcloths and towels had stains on themfor the price of this motel. It is not worth it. "TERRIBLE SERVICE. So with tv remote in the hotel room it wasn’t working. So I went down to front desk to ask for a different remote or if someone could fix them. They said they will fix it for us. They never came. We went down there 3 times to remind them to come and finally they did come. Our tv would not shut off so the whole time without tv, we could not sleep at all because it was on.
