Everyone we interacted with was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. You can really tell they care about their guests. The entirety of the premises were exceptionally clean specially the rooms.. I would definitely recommend staying at the Vanderbilt in Condado PR!"

"Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience."

"The property was very nice and accommodating. Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once you’re up there, though, it’s very comfortable. And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! They offer free water and there is coffee available as well."
