"Great spot to stay, we were allowed to check in early....found us free transportation to the fort...up graded our....will definitely be coming back...we we only im old San Juan one night...but next time will enjoy the roof top and steak house at the facility "

"I enjoy my stay but the hotel need to be more forthcoming about all their fees that you have to pay upon arrival, and customers should be informed about events that will be going on during the duration of their stay especially if you are going to block us from using amenities that are suppose to be available to all vacationers we missed out on the hot tubs and three of the pools for the whole duration of our stay and that is not ok."

"This hotel is located in old San Juan very accessible there are elevators so disregard the other reviews. I stood here since I was going on a cruise. It is very close to the cruise port. I would say about eight minutes in an Uber. It is a very narrow tight street. There is a few restaurants located around here. I don’t have any complaints since I only stood one night. You don’t necessarily have to eat here. I must say there are many restaurants located around the area that is walkable that you should try."

"Rooms could use a good deep clean, carpet Included. The carpet turned my white socks brown. They need carpet cleansr to come thru. No robes or slippers, or any thing extra for that matter, in the rooms. Bartenders and servers were great. Not sure I'd return. "

"Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan "

"Teeny tiny room and no windows! There was rust on the ground. If it was priced lower it would have been fine but for $130 it was not worth it"

"Staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond; although there were times when the pool bar or the cafe were busy and there was only one person working; it would make it easier for them if they had some support! It would also be nice if breakfast had some more options and was out a bit longer, people are on vacation and might want to sleep in a bit without worrying about getting downstairs before 9am. My biggest disappointment was the shuttle bus; I booked this hotel because the shuttle bus seemed so convenient, but it was super unreliable, and we were only able to use it for two rides on one day of our trip. It seemed like they would be running on a continuous loop, and you'd have to wait 15 minutes or so, maybe up to half an hour or so for a bus which is fine, but this wasn't really the case. One day, we wasted precious vacation time waiting for over forty five minutes for a bus before giving up and calling an Uber. In addition, there was a bit of a learning curve: if you made your own way to Old San Juan or the T Mobile District for example, but wanted to get the bus back, you couldn't tell where the bus was supposed to pick you up. It would also be helpful if it ran a little later. Many days we planned on taking the bus to our destination and then Ubering back because we wanted to stay later than 5pm....but as I mentioned earlier, we were often unable even to take the bus to our destination. Adding more buses and drivers to make this amenity usable is a must!"

"The property is listed as having parking and it didn’t. I would’ve made better plans than the amount of money I ended up spending for my stay in old CM Juan. The staff then had the audacity to give me a discount I could use at the parking garage they recommended however payment is by phone so saving $20t was not even possible. All in all, a very expensive venture that I had not anticipated. The place was not worth the extra I paid for parking."
