"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room had a great view, and I love the size of the hotel and the many floors. The customer service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, which really helped make up for some of the concerns with the property. The hotel itself is definitely showing its age and could use some updating. Areas such as the elevators, flooring, bathroom vanity, and other parts of the room and hotel are starting to look worn and outdated. Some renovations would make a big difference. My biggest disappointment was the cost of breakfast at the café. Breakfast for two people was $112, with one person having the buffet and the other only having a bowl of oatmeal and coffee. I felt this was extremely expensive, especially for a hotel breakfast. Overall, the wonderful customer service, great view, and atmosphere made our stay enjoyable, but updating the property and offering more reasonable breakfast prices would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

"Room was nice and clean, quiet. Proximity to Dodger stadium was very nice. Check in staff not very helpful and didn’t listen to you if you had any concerns or questions. Homeless problem immediately outside the hotel doors. $36 daily destination fee is a joke. Don’t really consider the homeless outside the property a location worthy of an exorbitant destination fee especially when it concerns your party about walking around and going to a late lunch or dinner. Please don’t call the 4 foot by 4 foot corner of the hotel a “gift shop” and at least add something worth purchasing in the gift shop besides a $5 small pack of dots pretzels."

"We love coming here, the place is great and we have been able to see where it started to where it’s at now. All the staff were amazing, Jonathan and Sue, we also were able to meet the owner, Jaisun. It’s in incredible hotel and we can’t wait to come back again next month. Location is great, their rooftop bar area is great, the rooms are AH MAZING have nothing but good things to say"
