The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"This hotel is in a great location. They are the seven dials which has a ton of restaurants, stores, and things to do. It’s very bustling, but also convenient. The rooms are renovated and very nice. The bathroom was a little small, but honestly that’s to be expected in a city hotel in Europe. We’ve stayed here several times and would stay here again. It’s a great choice in London."

"Room decor was really nice. We were only there one night. Beds comfy. Lookout room bit enough for 4 of us. Shower water pressure was not good but the bathroom itself was nice. We had to wait to check in which isn’t great. Some staff friendlier than others. Would stay again though. Close to so much stuff."

"Really lovely hotel in a great location. The room was compact, but absolutely fine. Beautifully quiet and air conditioning maintained a lovely temperature. Fantastic shower and bathroom. Reception team were really helpful. Breakfast was great - nice coffee, selection of cold food from the buffet and a lovely omelette which was perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Apartment was nice. Sparsely outfitted in the kitchen. Would be almost impossible to cook a meal. No towels to wash dishes or dry. Only a small amount of silverware. glasses and kitchen utensils. We had to buy paper towels as the 1 roll was the only thing to use to wash dishes. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Bathrooms were nice. Except no outlets. Doorknob in second bedroom was broken and fell off. Door didn't close. Nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However,...

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being in a vibrant part of town. Great AC (stayed during July). Front desk was very helpful with all of our questions, friendly, and professional. Would stay at this property again as highly recommend."
