"This is the best place we have ever stayed at hands down!!! The price of the room is extremely reasonable for the area and it being London. We stayed in the York apartment and it raised our expectations on what a hotel room should be. "

"Enjoyed the porters - Antony is great! The outlet in the bathroom did not work which would have been appreciated. The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "
"For the price of a high-end fish and chips you get to stay right at the piccadilly circus. This is my first night in a capsule hotel, but I did not feel claustrophobic. You share the space with many other travelers, this may require some getting used to. But it is, in my opinion, better than a hostel bed for similar prices. You get your own private bed at least. The wi-fi works great. Bathrooms are clean. The only thing is I did not see a way to control the temperature, so it got pretty hot inside the capsule. I will not stay in a shared-room hostel ever, but a capsule for sure, if I ever needed just a quick overnigher."
"The wifi seemed slow but with so many people in the lobby using it, it wasnt surprising. The room was quiet and a touch small for us but we made it work. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and gave us great recommendations for the area. We did have an air conditioner issue but the staff got it fixed for us while we were out. There are some great shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is conveniently located to bus and underground transportation which helped us on our travels."
