"The room was always kept spotlessly clean, making it very comfortable. Security was excellent, the location was good, and having a Whole Foods Market right opposite was very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stop is at Bryant Park, just a two-minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

We had to check out early due to a blizzard that was headed our way - without even asking, the hotel offered to refund our last night which was greatly appreciated. "I couldn’t be happier with the hard rock hotel. The employees throughout the experience were more than courteous and helpful. It was a huge plus that they sent up a refrigerator when I called to ask for one. That’s something many properties will not do for you, but they did and that helped preserve some expensive leftovers! The rooms were clean, to include the bathroom. I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Manhattan, especially Midtown"
