"The hotel is situated in a good location, located in the popular suburb of Surry Hills, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel has two entrances, with the reception bizarrely located on a very small desk at the back of the hotel. The front entrance is right next to two ‘Master’ rooms, one of which we stayed in. Staff very helpful and friendly….but few When I arrived , I thought it was a mistake. Its among many hostels, and outside/entrance reminded me of a boutique small hotel/hostel.. I stayed in Lyall Melbourne. That was a true 5 star boutique hotel in a very nice area. Ok, prices differ between Sydney and Melbourne, but...
