I stayed here recently, the property was easy to find and the code system was good. Room however was small and run down, very basic. Door to bedroom area was jammed and wouldn't close. A friend stayed up the street in a cheaper but much nicer place.

The room was clean and spacious, but it is quite noisy from street noise and late night pubs nearby, there is only a code system to enter the property and your room. These are text messaged you on the day of arrival. We were there four nights and the entry code changed once in this time making it difficult to remember. Others there had been sent codes that didnt work at all, and when they try to ring the number it is a recorded message with no way of contacting anyone. When booking parking we weren't told that parking was 200 mtrs away at the Hamilton executive apartments, so had to make multiple trips from carpark to Beaumont apartments.

My recent stay was not the best experience, I had issues with conflicting check in information, parking and accessing the floor that our room was on. The actual room itself was nice and suited our purposes well. There was an issue with one of the windows that meant that due to the very windy night there was a lot of howling coming from the window. I contacted them regarding the issues that I had and they replied with an apology email which was not just a generic apology but addressed each of the issues that I had. I have stayed at a different apartment owned by the same company and did not have any issues with that check in at all.

My stay was from the Wednesday, leaving on Sunday. During the week, it was quiet, however on Friday night one of the residents decided to have a party with loud music and talking till approx. 4am Saturday morning. I also had issues with the Wi-Fi and ended up using my phone hotspot. The unit was clean and bed comfortable, I especially like to air con & heating. The real negative for me was the parking issue. To be charged $25 per night for parking - NOT happening and for a solo traveller, parking late a night in side streets and having to walk, I wasn't a fan of having to do this. Over all, it was a good stay - not sure I'd book this again.

Satisfactory - would probably use again.

Communication a d check in procrsses all handled remotely. It took three or four phone calls to eventually recieve checkin instructions. There was no onsite parking available, apparently... there was different information provided by different people. This was a disadvantage for people with mobility issues. The king sized bed was a bit overwhelming for the main room which made getting to the ensuite bathroom somewhat difficult. The accommodation (2bed apartment)was satisfactory, and spacious for a group of three. The three giant tvs were an excellent addition! The location was noisy but the room we were allocated was right on the corner facing a busy intersection.

This property is not represented accurately on Wotif. There is no reception and bar. Entry codes were sent by text message. This misrepresentation is a large part of my poor rating. The signage was poor at the entry. We did not know if we were in the right place as there is signage for another business (which was opposite our room) in the lift foyer but none for the accommodation. It was adequate accommodation otherwise, although the images make it look much bigger. The bedroom in our one-bedroom apartment was barely bigger than the king-size bed and the toilet was hard up against the vanity. But the apartment was clean even though tired (e.g. unpainted repairs to walls, flaking upholstery on chair). The smoke detector was still hanging from the ceiling which suggests a poor commitment to safety and maintenance. A lot of traffic noise even on the 3rd floor with the window closed. It was cheap. Good pub meal at the Exchange Hotel Bistro a block away.
