First room I was allocated to the air-conditioner was not working and on a hot 30° day I waited to unpack whilst I waited for the air-conditioner to start working, I ended up having to ring reception and they were very quick to move me to the wharf side, which was in my opinion of the better side anyway, and had a brand-new air-conditioning system. "Wonderful view of the Quay and Bay Bridge. Though we only stayed for 3 nights, the suite was amble for longer stays. Loved the little balcony that overlook the area for people watching. A little noise from the boats docking and/or leaving, but get used to it by day 3. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re staying in the area, highly recommend the Pullman Grand Quay. "
