"A few small problems with the room but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently Room was quite small with little storage space. We were glad we didn’t have large cases and many clothes. "

"Great location 5 min walk from Kings Cross. 2 great pubs for good and drinks next to and opposite the hotel. Room was clean but compact, bed did have a tendency to live when you rolled over!! Staff were lovely. Big downside for us was the breakfast was expensive but there was also no tea it coffee making facilities in the room. Which we missed when one of us wakes early "

"The staff are brilliant at this hotel i was talking with the guy who does the night shift for ages about everything and when they changed staff this morning he said i didn't have to check out till 11.30am and no rush this is the 5th time i have stayed here just this year i will be back ASAP such a nice place one of the best in Kings Cross "
