"An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away. The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe. The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly. I'll definitely be back!"

"Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops.
